Cancellation and Refund Policy

OUR POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS. IF 30 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?
If you have a major problem with a service offered by an IMAGELLY STOCK or a minor problem that could not be resolved within a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel a service contract with IMAGELLY STOCK at any time, provided it is due to the following causes:
YOUR SERVICE WAS PROVIDED TO YOU WITH AN UNACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF CARE AND SKILL.
YOUR SERVICE WAS INADEQUATE FOR THE PURPOSE YOU REQUESTED.
YOUR SERVICE WAS NOT DELIVERED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME WHEN NO COMPLETION DATE WAS SET AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT.

SERVICES YOU CANNOT CANCEL:
You must pay for services you received under a service contract that performed as expected.
You cannot cancel a service contract or get a refund if the problem was beyond the control of IMAGELLY STOCK, or you:

CHANGED YOUR MIND.

INSISTED THAT A SERVICE BE PROVIDED IN A PARTICULAR WAY, CONTRARY TO IMAGELLY STOCK’S SUGGESTION.

DID NOT CLEARLY EXPLAIN YOUR NEEDS TO IMAGELLY STOCK.

CANCELED YOUR SERVICE:

If you have a problem with a service, follow the steps below:

SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE WITH A RECEIPT OR BANK STATEMENT.
CONTACT IMAGELLY STOCK AT stock@imagelly-stock.com AND EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM.
IF IMAGELLY STOCK CANNOT FIX THE SERVICE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, THE TERMS OF THE PHOTO SERVICE CONTRACT WILL BE NEGOTIATED.
IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE AND IT HAS ALREADY BEGUN OR HAS BEEN DELIVERED, A REFUND WILL BE NEGOTIATED TO COVER THE FAILED SERVICES AND ANY ADVANCE PAYMENT.

IF A REFUND IS PAID, USE OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS FOR WHICH THE REFUND HAS BEEN PAID IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED.
